I recently had an issue with a product and reached out to customer service — Judy was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She quickly arranged a replacement, and the new unit works much better. While a small amount of low-level noise is to be expected, it's no longer distracting at all. Judy's communication was prompt, kind, and professional. She made everything easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate her support and follow-up. Highly recommend both the product and the customer service. 5 stars well deserved!

This dock has been a huge benefit for my work setup. I’ve loved how seamlessly it integrated that I spent my own money to buy a separate one for my personal desk setup.

UDS043 Laptop Docking Station
I recently was sent the UDS043 USB-C by TobenONE and it was much more surprising than I thought. Designed for the MacBook, I actually use it with my iPad Pro and an external screen. It's a prefect second workstation to my primary and it allowed me to tap into ethernet and also add peripherals to my iPad, making it an actual work product. Thank you!

Outstanding customer service
