Thank you for your feedback and for choosing our company, Timothy! Our company has been delivering a first-class transportation service to our customers for many years. We work with many transportation companies and transport hundreds of vehicles each month. All of the carriers we work with are licensed, bonded, and insured. We have carefully examined your situation. We would like to inform you that all carrier companies work only through brokers and all the quotes you get come from brokers only. You have ordered a specific schedule for your car to be picked up and delivered on a specific day. We offered you several carriers who were suitable for your pickup date, but slightly varied for the delivery date. Please understand that the truck carries 10-12 cars and it cannot wait for one client at delivery or, on the contrary, drive faster than it can to get to the destination. Every driver has a specific schedule. That's why we tried to work it out with you as much as possible and made some suggestions. Please do not hesitate to contact our company if you have any questions or if you need to transport your car again. Have a nice day! Best wishes, TMShipping LLC

Dear Michael, we appreciate your feedback. Our company has been in business for a number of years and we've been delivering the best transportation service to all of our clients for quite some time now. Our customers are our number 1 priority. We always keep in touch with our customers. Our team consists of 150 people and we are providing customer service to all our clients 24/7. We transport more than 3000 vehicles a month. Our quote shows the 'price to ship a car on Open carrier' as it says on the quote. We do not have any upfront or hidden fees. The booking fee is charged only after your vehicle is loaded on the truck, only after our service is provided. This is what sets us apart from other companies. Please note that our policies, terms, and conditions are always available for our customers to get familiar with before signing the contract, and item 17 of our contract CLEARLY states, that the booking fee is not included in the quoted price. The booking fee is written in bold letters right next to the field where you provide your credit card information. Our job is to inform our customers about the accurate prices on the market accepted by the carrier companies on the route. We would like you to use our service one day and we are sure that you will change your mind after that. Best regards, TMShipping LLC
