My husband and I were on a tour in Israel, when I came down with an severe skin allergic reaction to a medicine I had been taking. We went to the clinic recommended by the hotel, were seen by a doctor, then went to get medicine from a nearby pharmacy. Tokio Marine insurance fully compensated me for the MD visit and medicine, without any trouble. Only the forms to fill out are kind of hard! Payment wasn't "quick" however, it was in the time frame stated. We were very pleased, and plan to use them again when we travel in the future.
