This insurance company via the RAA have real problem dealing g with people who need to claim. Excuse after excuse I keep getting from them. They are doing my head in and really don't listen or care. I spoke with them on the phone about an issue with my actual travel booking and yet they follow up with an email about the same thing after explaining it to them. Don't use them if booking insurance from the RAA

Any company that employs racist abusers such as Tamara should be ashamed of themselves. For those who don't know, this vile woman is all over the internet racially abusing someone at the top of her voice.

I would never trust a company that keeps people like Tamara Ashijan on staff. Imagine how they treat customers.
