The amount of stars defines the T.M.E’s patience and general Excellent Service. There are many factors of the last star not being added. The extra nonadded star is, partially, the consideration of the specimen provided. Each time a specimen was given to the T.M.E, their result was a form of the specimen was not enough basis. That does not deprive me from doing music; however, i have been at practice since 11 years old despite the T.M.E requested specimen result. In addition, i will continue with the Brooklynite name despite because its the city of where i am born with my last name and trusted that the name with not be taken. I would suggest a different policy or different specimen process. Thanks for this conern and review.

Everything was great but just a little time consuming

I think TradeMark Express did a great job of keeping us on point to move through the process and was very helpful in making sure that we understood all of the parts of the process. This is the second trademark that we have used TradeMark Express.

Quick an rapid work

Everyone I communicated with was always friendly and helpful. Sometimes there was a very long wait to hear back from someone and my case was constantly shuffled between different handlers. A lot of info was misunderstood because my info was passed around between so many people. I had to reexplain everything multiple times, which was frustrating.

TradeMark Express and Chris DeMassa showed incredible patience while we determined what we were ultimately going to do.

Easy to get a hold of. Good data. Fair price. Lots of content in an email rather than attachment and not much explanation on their recommended step by step process of what to do with the info.
