Fast and simple as all things should be
The website is super easy to navigate through and makes it super simple to get what I need without any issues. I was able to start up my own modded Minecraft server with no issues thanks to the owners(Matthew) assistance, I got it up and running with 0 problems and would most definitely buy another server from him. only slight issues I had was I wish I could add a way so more people could be allowed to join instead of the normal 20 set players. Besides that I had no issues at all.

You should be able to set the max amount of players in your Minecraft Server properties files as it defaults to 20! so you have full control over that!
