I had a complicated issue involving a Valheim server transfer, world files, mods, and configuration settings. The support team was incredibly patient, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. Even while dealing with outages and other technical difficulties, they kept me informed, helped protect my world data, provided clear instructions, and made sure the server was transferred successfully. They genuinely cared about getting everything working correctly not just closing the ticket. My world, builds, mods, and settings are now running perfectly on the main server. Their communication and attention were outstanding, and they made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Huge thanks to the entire TLS Servers team for going above and beyond. Absolutely outstanding experience with TLS Servers so far! I came to TLS looking for a Valheim server for a small group of friends, with one major requirement: we wanted proper mod support, especially BepInEx and Thunderstore mods such as Seasonality. What really impressed me was the level of personal support. I ended up speaking directly with Matt, the owner, and instead of simply giving generic answers, he actually took the time to test things himself. During our conversations, several Valheim features were improved or added to the panel, including easier BepInEx support, a Thunderstore-based one-click mod manager, World Modifier settings, and better documentation. Whenever I had a technical question, he either tested it directly or wrote a guide explaining how to do it. He even verified that hosted Valheim worlds can be downloaded and continued locally in singleplayer, which was important to me. We have now tested the server with BepInEx, Seasonality, synchronized mod configurations, custom World Modifiers and our own weather settings, and everything has worked smoothly. The control panel is straightforward, the pricing is extremely reasonable, and the direct communication is something you simply do not get from most larger hosting companies. What I appreciate most is that this never felt like someone trying to sell me something. It felt like someone genuinely interested in making sure the service worked properly for us. TLS may be a smaller hosting company, but based on my experience so far, that is currently one of its greatest strengths. Excellent service, excellent support, and an easy five-star recommendation from me.
