Great location and office setup
Great location and office setup. I had a sales meeting there with a few folks from my sales team and the conference room was great. I had a slight scheduling and billing problem that was my own fault but they quickly worked with me to resolve it. Price point is below most others in Knoxville. I am going to be using them moving forward. Even ran into a good friend of mine there who also uses the location.

Ned, thank you for the thoughtful review. We’re glad the Knoxville location and conference room worked well for your sales meeting. We also appreciate you calling out how the scheduling and billing issue was handled. Things happen, and our goal is always to work through them quickly and fairly so you can stay focused on your work. It’s great to hear the pricing and overall experience stood out compared to other options in the area. We look forward to supporting you moving forward and hopefully running into you again around the office.

Thanks for being a quality organization
I have been a client of TKO Suites for over 10 years and have just retired.Their office stall is very professional and I always felt that they worked directly for me and were always very helpful to my needs. They maintain their offices and public areas at a high level. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking for the type of office space that they offer to the public. Try them, I don't think you will be disappointed

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for TKO suites and Charity Blume
I’ve had an excellent experience with TKO Suites. I use it for my business address and mail service, and the process has always been smooth, reliable, and reasonably priced. Charity Blume, the office manager, is fantastic—personable, professional, and always willing to help. Since this is a secure facility, I always feel confident knowing my mail is safe, and Charity makes sure I receive everything promptly. Great service, great people, great value—highly recommend!

Research Sessions in Raleigh NC
We're a Colorado-based medical device research company, and needed a facility to host 8 medical professionals for 3 hour sessions over the course of four days. The Raleigh TKO Suites met our needs to a T, and Office Manager Raven Singleton was amazing -- providing early access to the facility on a Sunday evening so that we could set up and hit the ground running Monday morning, graciously hosting and supporting our team, and even welcoming our research participants in advance of their sessions. We'll definitely look first to Raven and TKO Suites the next time we need facilities in Raleigh (and, based on our experience in Raleigh, even in other TKO Suites locations).

David, thank you for sharing this thoughtful review. We’re glad our Raleigh location met your needs and supported your team throughout the four-day session. Providing flexibility, preparation time, and a welcoming environment for both professionals and participants is exactly what we strive for, and we’re happy to hear everything ran smoothly from setup through the final sessions. We’d be glad to work with you again in Raleigh and at any of our other TKO Suites locations in the future. Thanks again for choosing TKO Suites.
