Great Location, Welcoming Staff
Most conveniently located office space in the heart of Wilmington - almost every bank you can think of is located less than a block away! And a post office is almost as close. Numerous restaurants close by. In the office, the staff keeps the lobby full of complimentary coffees, teas, and snacks. Debbie, Shelley, and Katelyn treat you like family and are always happy to help you with whatever you need!

We truly appreciate your kind words and thoughtful feedback. It’s great to hear that the location and amenities are serving you well — and even better to know our Wilmington team has created such a warm, helpful atmosphere. We’re lucky to have them, and even luckier to have members like you with us!

Office space
Office management and operations were amazing to me on a personal level. All of my needs were addressed, either proactively or immediately, based on need. Clean space, convenient office access, and friendly staff. Keep up the great work TKO!!!

When I initially Called in to inquire about the place. They told me that it’s a month to month plan but they end up giving me a contract for a year that I never asked for it. They changed the terms.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience — that’s certainly not how we aim to operate. We do offer month-to-month plans, so it sounds like there was a misunderstanding along the way. I’d love the opportunity to look into this and help make it right. Please feel free to reach out to me directly at [email protected].

Awesome In-House Management
Charity absolutely cares for all the tenants in the office building. She works hard to be sure each tenant has what they need and is very diligent when needing to manage emergency situations.

Great place to get an office
I have been here for almost 3 years. I can't say it has been the greatest experience but for sure not the worst. My favorite thing about 9111 cross park Dr. Ste d200. Are the relationships with your fellow floormate. These guys make everyday worth working. Thank you all. Most of all my friend Charity. You are amazing person and a joy to work with. You are hard working, honest, and trustworthy. For all the stuff you do for the office, including cleaning toilets, which is totally out of your job description by the way, you deserve a raise. I hate to leave but I pray the family vibe stays!

While we know everything may not have been perfect, we’re truly grateful for your time with us and the relationships you built within the space. Your kind words about Charity speak volumes — she brings so much heart to the team, and we’re lucky to have her. Wishing you all the best on your next chapter!
