Pretty awful.... Delivery took 4 weeks, albeit due to the flooding, however this was probably a good excuse to what I read is a normal occurence. Parts then came with wrong instructions. Whole process was just a mess. The machines are good though!

Das Rudergerät wird mehrere hundert Euro günstiger angeboten, als in anderen Shops. Angegeben war die Lieferung in 3-7 Tagen. Eine Woche lang passierte nichts. Auf Nachfrage antwortete der Kundenservice nach 3 Tagen per Mail, dass das bereits bezahlte Gerät nicht lieferbar ist (auf der Website steht weiterhin "auf Lager") und ich doch ein Gerät ihrer Eigenmarke nehmen solle. Die Bestellung wurde dann von mir storniert. Zum Glück habe ich über Klarna bezahlt, sonst würde ich wahrscheinlich heute noch auf mein Geld warten.

Hice una compra considerablemente grande con ellos hace un mes. Entre ello adquirí un rack multiestación con 200kg de placas incluidos. En el albarán venía todo perfectamente indicado, pero las placas no se incluyeron. El servicio de atención al cliente es lento y poco eficiente. Te dicen que si a todo pero no te solucionan nada. Tras pasar la incidencia por varios departamentos durante días si tienes suerte y eres insistente te contestará alguien algo con sentido, a pesar de repetirle 20 veces que es urgente. Tras 25 llamadas y 10 días de espera yo recibí mis placas de “forma urgente”. El transporte no es para tirar cohetes, las cosas vienen bastante ralladas. La única estrella que se merecen, y esto es lo más triste, es porque la calidad del material sí es buena, lástima que gestionen la empresa de esta forma.

After ordering, I eagerly awaited the arrival of the Titanium Strength TM BLACKED EDITION TF9 ABDUCTOR - ADDUCTOR / Inner Outer. Esperienza non proprio positiva. Sono riuscito a fare il reso avendo pagato con PayPal. Prima di fare reclamo formale, la signorina al telefono mi ha detto che non facevano resi ma davano parziali rimborsi in caso di piccoli danni. Ho fatto il mio acquisto altrove, avendo avuto tuttavia gli stessi problemi.

I would avoid ordering from Titanium Strength again. Both items were delayed long past their fake "Pre-Order" dates on the website. I had to chase countless times to get the most basic of information. It seemed once they had my money, there was no interest in keeping me informed. One item was finally dispatched (after I chased numerous times), very poor tracking information, and it turned up randomly one day, 4 weeks after the "In Stock" date. The other item was further delayed and I eventually just opted for a cancellation and refund... This took them 34 days from the original request, and yet again only because I chased them again and again! On a positive note, the dumbells I received are great, they were just a pain to actually get! Avoid and go to UK Gym Equipment or Powerhouse Fitness.
