Score 4.65/5 I have been using EMS suits (Katalyst) for the past 2 years and recently switched over to Titanbody for a few reasons. I completed over 290 workouts with the katalyst suit but was experiencing faulty suit connections with all the wires and sub-par customer service. The things that I find to be better about Titan is that you don't have to wet the suit (as long as you are working up a sweat) and you don't have to wear a base layer, and you don't have to keep tightening straps as you move through a workout. It is also easier to travel with on business trips and it holds its suit charge longer. In terms of the workout quality, both suits are good, but I need more practice with Titan to make it as tough as Katalyst. I have only done 6 workouts with Titan so so i think my results will improve the more familiar i get with the system. The only con so far is the user interface - you have to increase or decrease muscle groups individually, you can't ramp up the total upper body or lower body together or more quickly than 2 levels at a time. Katalyst has build in workouts and ramp ups that are great workouts but you have to do this yourself and manually with Titan. the workout structures of KAtalyst are engaging and make the working out part easier because it is directed through the coaching videos and the ramp, but after you've done 20 of them you can get the hang of it for your self with Titan.
