The item came in new(no refurbished) they were out of the gray model due to it selling out, but was more then happy about the response time from them. Glad their customer service was good, quick communication was refreshing and they sent the white model fast enough. No regrets, I’m enjoying the model, The product itself, the compression is actually very useful.Had to turn down the setting to something more gentle, which is a good thing.

I am very very grateful to have found a company that ACTUALLY shipped me a product & in a week!! I have ordered the Vibrator Pulse Plate from 3 other companies & never received the product AT ALL even after waiting a month or more! I was shocked! I have already started telling my friends!

This was our first order from Tisscare; we chose a "Tisscare Shiatsu Foot Massager with Deep Kneading Heat Therapy." The website was excellent and described the products well; the order was easy to place, and we received it in less than 6 calendar days! My husband and I have been enjoying the Foot Massager almost daily since delivery (i.e. about 4 days). We have noticed a marked improvement in how our feet feel (we are dealing with neuropathy and plantar fasciitis.) If it continues to work as well as it has been, we will continue to be extremely pleased with this foot massager.
