I can't praise Michael and the staff at Tires Plus on Jonestown Rd, Harrisburg PA enough. I was in a car accident recently and drove my car to this service center. When I got there I was shaky and couldn't quite remember much or even how I drove my car there. I was on antibiotics at the time and taking my normal daily meds which caused a reaction. I do realize now I should not have been driving. Michael and his staff were so calm, accommodating, concerned and helpful to me beyond their normal work day. I do realize now I should not have driven any vehicle. I am so thankful I did not cause any fatalities. I am so appreciative of everyone for their help and kindness in making sure I had a ride home. Thankful for the ongoing follow-up to get my car back on the road. Always pleased with their workmanship and friendly customer service. I have been a customer at this Tires Plus for many years. I truly recommend them to my friends and family. I WILL DEFINITELY GO NO WHERE ELSE FOR MY AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS. Linda I.

They spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem and couldn’t fix it. There was absolutely no charge. Customer service was great will be back.

Superb service from Christopher and Rayon at your Bonita Springs garage. We went in for a puncture repair and this was done very quickly and efficiently. Great price and can highly recommend.

Subiel Usaman was very transparent and super helpful, he explain everything really well. I got all 4 tires replaced and alignment. He help me and show me that work that my car was getting done. thank you!!!

Was a little concerned reading all the bad reviews but just had four tires put on a MB SUV at Tires Plus on Congress Ave in Delray Beach. Jeff and Stephan could not have been more accommodating to deal with. Got there at opening and was out in 90 minutes. Prices were great. Based on comments at the many locations, it seems Tires vs. other more mechanical services are totally different. Maybe that’s why they are called TIRES Plus and not BRAKES Plus. Just sayin..

The guys at Tires Plus we're helpful on the phone to make sure they had the right tire in stock after a tire blowout to meeting them in person. Very kind. The work was done quickly!!! Their service was exceptional.

I just spent 11 hours over two days at this store not due to any fault of the current employees. I found the current temporary manager, Nelly, was extremely professional. Whether he was speaking on the phone or working directly with customers, he was courtesy and always had a smile on his face. I wished my manager at Tires Plus in Indy had these qualities.
