Ever since Mavis bought them it’s terrible. I waited 2 days for a part that was “enroute.” Then the car is fixed but they found other issues. Keep in mind they called me an hour before and told me the car was done and sitting out front. There a bunch of crooks. To bad I liked the managers when it was Tire Kingdom

Went infor a tire repair,they said it was repaired got exactly 10 miles away when flat again. Went in next day first there was talk of a tire then man walked outside all of a sudden they were going to replug a plug. Got it home and the air pressure in it was 46 so they didn't even bother to open the door to see it was 35. I can go on I had an experience time before on my wife's car where all the valve stem cores were not tightened and all for her tires went flat within 10 miles thought I'd give him another chance look what that got me

I think most people would agree that companies like Tire Kingdom are run by greed, laziness, incompetence, etc. We live in a fallen world…a wicked world, run by greed, corruption and unfortunately people that today have no couth, no integrity and no solid work ethic! Back in the 1940s, for example, people did their job the right way. Employees treated customers the same way they would expect to be treated if they were in this business. Today, most people are self-centered, care only about themselves, lie, cheat and steal just to get ahead and care nothing about others. Any decision ANY of us make, we should always ask ourselves…….what would Jesus do? If what you did is not the same answer, then you did it wrong! As a Christian I follow the examples of Jesus Christ, and I ALWAYS try and do the right thing! I always remain honest, because that’s what Jesus would do. I try to follow His example and while I may sin from time to time, because we all sin, I make sure to repent and NEVER repeat. I also try to make good on something if I learn that I could have been better at how I handled a situation. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people, like the ones working at your company, that are blind to the fact that we live a very short, a very temporary life here on earth. It’s only 100 yrs or less and we are judged by what we do while on earth. It’s the afterlife where we spend eternity in heaven with God, or an eternity in hell with Satan, and its based on our actions while we lived on earth! That being said, this company is terrible. I paid less money 5 months ago and had more work done. This does not compute! This alone is why I clearly see the corruption in this company. My last visit 5 months ago I had an oil change and tire rotation done. I brought coupons and I paid a total of $46. Now 5 months later I ask for an oil change only, and again I brought the same coupons, yet I paid $65. That makes no sense. I was warned Tire Kingdon is corrupt and makes up prices and never makes sense. But I ignored the warnings and decided to give TK a chance to do the right thing. I noticed my visit 5 months ago they never rotated tires. That could have been an honest mistake, but after this last visit…not a mistake. This company is corrupt and greedy and cares nothing about customer service, just making as much money as it can…I would not recommend this company, they are more concerned with ripping people off than getting repeat business.

We bought 2 new tires March 3,2026 we had to call a mobile repair service to come look and one of our new tires had a big bulge making it unsafe to drive on it because we could if had a blow out. I called tire kingdom in Zephyrhills Florida and told them what happened and I was told they would do nothing because we didn't have road hazard protection. The tire was a 55,000 mile tire we only put less than 100 miles on the tire so not only did we throw away money on the tires we had to buy a new one. When you live on social security every dollar spent each month matters

Dry rotted unrepairable tire with only 22,000 miles refused repair and/or replacement still under warranty, shame on this company for not honoring warranty, buyer beware and stay far away from Tire Kingdom

I purchased an extended warranty on my tires and my wife went in noticing her tire pressure low in one her tires. Apparently there was an unrepairable puncture which is pretty surprising considering it wasn’t the sidewall. So I had to pay 70 bucks to get I replaced? So I’m confused on why I need to pay for anything considering I literally paid for a warranty ? In short I’m very disappointed , I was obviously misled on my warranty or I’m being lied to.

Tire Kingdom has gone down hill. The employees are rude but beyond that they are scammers. On my vehicle that doesn't even have 10,000 miles and has 10mm thick break pads, they claimed I needed new break pads and rotors. Not only that they did not honor the special price they informed me of the day before and day of. I highly recommend everyone avoid this place at all costs.
