Tire KingdomReviews of tirekingdom.com

I went to get tires put on my vehicle and told them I would be keeping my 2 front tires., as noted on my receipt. When I come back to pick up the tires I was told they were gone. I spoke to the gm Nicholas, who was very rude and unprofessional. So I suggest NOT to do business with the tire kingdom at 7201 lake Andrews Dr. Melbourne Florida. Very non courteous and rude people.

I had my alignment done at Tire Kingdom in Ormond Beach. The employee who worked on my car stole my Apple AirPods out of my center console and admitted it to the manager. When the manager confronted him, Bernard Lancaster was the thief. I have reached out to the store to talk to the GM, left my number twice, and emailed twice. I haven't gotten a response yet. I just received a call from the regional Manager, after calling corporate. He said his company's policy is not to replace anything left in the car. The alignment was done twice, and it still pulls to the left, so don't go here. Dishonest thief employee.

Nothing was done except trying to sell me a tire. My rotation never happened as apparently they dont have the tools to change a tire on a truck.

I went to tire kingdom to get my tires rebalanced at TK Merritt Island Fl and said that my car was not in the system. I got an oil change a week before at TK in Sanford Fl. And they balanced the tires and didn’t do a good job. Ever since Mavis took over I have had nothing but trouble with them. I bought the tires from TK with a life time balance

I have used this tire kingdom for years. Recently they were acquired by Mavis. Since then, they have changed out the entire trusted staff. Im a Mobile Mechanic with 4 vehicles. I found a leak in my wives tire and marked the location for the technician. I inspected all tires for tread depth and wear pattern. I decided to replace the tire because the nail was questionable close to side wall. I order the tire from their corporate phone line. When my wife brought the car to have tire installed she was told the tires were shredded. That she should replace them all. I told her to leave. 4 months before I had a nail in my tire. I marked the location and took in my truck. Sales guy comes out and tells me I need a new tire. I asked why, he said it's probably to close to the side wall. I told him I'm a mechanic and that I marked the tire for the technician. Sales guy walked back out and around the car. Returned and said it must have been a mistake. I will no longer be using this Tire Kingdom

Tire Kingdom is a bait and switch operation. Their website states their brake service includes replacing both pads and rotors. When you get there, it absolutely does not, which nearly doubles the cost of the repair. They would not honor what their own site states. Con men.

I took my car to have the tires rotated and one tire had a puncture. I used the store at 8790 SW 24 St. Miami Fl. 33165 . I bought the tires here in 2021 and I have free punch rotation and repair with the purchase. The manager told me that he couldn't repair the rubber because the problem was on the side and he told me that they didn't put plugs in. They tried to nail me with selling me a new tire when the tire only had 12,000 miles on it, and it had to be repaired. Also the manager, Miguel, told me that the battery needed to be changed because it was loose, (another point of suspicion because I just changed the battery on October 31, 2024 (3 months of use). I took the car to a place where they repair punctures. and I had to pay $20.00 to repair the tire and the puncture was in the normal part of the tire. I also had to take the car to Autozone to confirm that the battery was working and they repaired it. Test and the battery is fine, I lost more time with Miguel's nonsense. The manager lied to me, from my side that's what it seems, and that's why I'm giving this review Be careful with what these places tell you because. They try to charge for things that you don't need. I don't put more rubber in that place.

I was quoted a price of around $300.00 for 2 new front tires for my Acura, by the time they were done tacking on different things it was close to $600.00. Right front tire shakes on interstate. Called them about rebalancing it because they didn't line up the red dot on tire with the valve stem. They told me they would have to charge me extra. I wouldn't bring a bicycle to these crooks. This was the Tire Kingdom on Malabar road in Palm Bay Fl.
