Thank you for the feedback! We are actively negotiating with all marketplaces to reduce the fees that we pass along to our customers, which is currently a 10% marketplace fee. The TiqAssist commission starts at 15% and covers the data we provide to set prices for every game, management of each game in your season and any sales guarantees we have to extend if necessary. We continuously monitor your ticket prices and transfer the ticket to the final buyer once your seats are sold. The transaction costs are clearly outlined when you list your seats with the dollar amount you pay in commission + marketplace fees. There is a fee for the convenience we provide, and you can always list seats on your own on an individual marketplace.
