Price guarantee not honored. Sale guarantee by dropping over 50%
Listed 21+ in advance but did not get price guarantee. Was told it's because the tickets were not part of my season tickets but a.) they are and b.) never does it say in their faqs that price guarantee is only for season tickets. Decided to still trust tiqassist with the sale since they had a sales guarantee and the price listed up until 12am the day of the game was still acceptable ($450 list price each for chargers v Texans). Check 6am the day of the event only to see that they dropped the list price to $200 and it sold.... If I had known they would drop the list price by over 50% to get the sale I would have had it delisted.... Not happy that for this specific game the difference in sale per ticket was $450 72 hours before event ( price guarantee not honored) vs $200 what it sold for when they did a drastic price drop to honor the sale guarantee

Thank you for escalating your concerns to us on this matter! You are correct—this price cut is too significant and does not align with the transparent and honest repricing strategy we strive for. To make it right we will be adjusting your sale price per ticket back up to $450 per ticket for the sale. We recognize that this experience with our inventory has not been ideal, and we acknowledge that our policies could be clearer. We are committed to improving the language in our FAQ section to enhance transparency. We sincerely hope to regain your trust and continue our collaboration in the years to come. *UPDATE* - We now offer floor pricing for our clients to prevent sales for less than your desired amount! We aim to prevent any sales for less than our client's desired amount.
