It got here with no problem

I chose Tipxy because they shipped free for orders over $100. Bottles were packed well so they wouldn't break in shipment about a week after ordered. Also, good selection of products to choose from.

Ordered 3 bottles, all showed up well packed and in good shape. Ordered on Monday and the package showed up the following Wednesday.

You’re sending me the survey before you sent my order. The shopping experience may end up being great but I don’t know yet. The survey experience is bad. Update: it took longer to ship than I’d expect but maybe because I ordered a bottle that comes in a box and they didn’t know how to pack it. I haven’t picked it up yet but it’s waiting for me at the local ups store… fingers crossed…

I placed three orders with this company and two of them were botched up. They just processed one item from the two that were ordered per purchase. They gave me a refund on one item and I am still waiting on a refund for the second. Very poor customer service. You email them and no one responds. No telephone number to call. Very very slow shipping. It will take over 2 weeks to receive anything. The only good thing is shipping is free above $100.00
