Shipping was fast. However descriptions are a little confusing. One thing I ordered I thought was a four pack but ended up being a single can. I didn't like it so it wasn't a big deal except that it was a little expensive for a single small can.

My recent experience was not pleasant. I ordered 4 bottles of liquor, only received 2, was not even made aware the package was shipped (as they always say you'd be notified once it's shipped). I contacted them about the 2 missing bottles and it took them a week to respond (only after contacting my bank about disputing the charges for those 2 bottles). And then almost another week went by before I heard anything about them contacting their retailer about the missing bottles. Eventually, I was issued a refund. Then lo and behold, I get a notification from my FedEx account that a package is being shipped by Tipxy! Once again, no notification from them about sending the missing bottles after all. Just overall a disorganized experience. Kinda makes me not want to deal with them in the future.

Seamless delivery and easy ordering! Honestly, this was my first order, and I very impressed with this company. They took several pictures of the delivery as well! Would recommend, 100%.

You told me you don’t offer tax exempt billing. My husband is 100%disabled veteran and is eligible to not pay taxes on products ordered. Other companies refund the taxes if they don’t offer it in the billing. Please refund our taxes please.
