Ordering was efficient, customer service in answering questions was great, and delivery was prompt!

I had to make an inquiry on my order because it didn't ship, then it shipped late after they asked if I would cancel, and it ended up missing my father's birthday.

Horrible delivery and customer service. When ordering a birthday present and checking out, it stated delivery was 3 to 4 business days which would’ve been delivered in plenty of time. Three days later I was notified the Bird Creek Whisky would not be delivered 11 days. I contacted customer service and they sent an email back noting their shipping policy, which was not disclosed upon ordering that states delivery can take up to 10 business days. I simply asked for a refund on the shipping cost of $14.95 and they denied my request and would not return my calls or follow up emails. All they did was bombard me with advertisement emails.

I ordered 2 different bottles of whiskey. A couple days after ordering, I received notification that I was refunded for one bottle without any explanation as to why. The bottle that did ship, took awhile to receive from order date, but did arrive well packaged.

I ordered my spirits in time for Christmas. Unexpectedly, it was canceled on Dec 19 without explanation. I assume my spirits were not in stock, which should have been caught when I completed my order. This was the first time using Tipxy and probably my last.

I placed an order on December 17 and it was not delivered. My order number was #TIP20449xy-13 it was supposed to arrive before Christmas a gift for my care provider. Please refund my order for $54.00 I am on a limited income and disappointed that I never received anything.

I was glad to hear that the Item arrived in good shape but I am not downloading a shopping app to track the shipping progress. I would have liked to have another option available to track my order shipping without that I cannot rate this vendor any higher.
