tipxy has this dangerously good small-batch mezcal I can’t find anywhere else—five stars for that alone. minus two because my box sat in “label created” limbo for six days and no one answered my chat. decent shop, messy logistics.

UPDATE: Previous 5 Star Review Now 1 Star If it wasn’t for Peri, Tipxy would get ZERO Stars! My first order was missing the bottle which was the reason I placed the order in the first place. And while it did eventually arrive separately, it was many days later. To make matters worse, my next order saw my bottle of Hard Truth Wheated refunded without explanation. Again, this bottle is the ONLY reason I placed the order. That’s it. I’m done. Some advice? DO NOT continue to take orders on items you can’t fulfill. easy process to order with quick shipping

I ordered 2 items. Ron Isley cognac $89 and Twenty grand peach $29 for a totalof $133. I received a bottle of Ron Isley vodka which is $30. These items were ordered for an tasting event. I received the Twenty grand, but as of date still have not received the Ron Isley cognac. Not only don't I have what I ordered ,I also lost the event and contract. I have emailed back and forth with customer service and they seem to not have a clue on how to satisfy a customer. Why has this error not been corrected? Why should I take a loss? I have asked repeatedly for a phone call from a supervisor or manager. As of date I have received neither. PLEASE RESPOND ASAP.

Overall, Tipxy.com did okay — my order eventually arrived and the product was what I expected. That said, the lack of communication was frustrating. I didn’t hear a single update about processing or shipping for three days after placing my order. I had to reach out to customer service just to get some basic info. Once I did, they responded and things moved along, but I wish the process had been a little more transparent from the start.
