Tipard StudioReviews of tipard.com

I purchased a lifetime license for Tipard Video Convertor Ultimate and I am very pleased with this product. I've heard from people I know that other products from the Tipard company are just as wonderful. I had very little experience with the support team, but it was enough to understand that this is an excellent team that responds very quickly and solves problems very professionally. Thanks to Tipard company for excellent products and the support team for their responsiveness and professionalism.

Awesome team that offers great solid software programs for Blu-Ray and Video WITH a lifetime purchase on many if not all, and a great and responsive customer service team that works on any bugs and issues as soon as possible with email confirmation. Proud owner of this! Thank you Tipard!

good and helpful support

i bought this because online everyone was saying how great it worked and that it was very user friendly. it does say that they have a 7 day refund policy ( i contacted them a day or two after i bought it, cause it was just not working at all for me) but when i had problems with it i contacted customer support. they gave me some tips to try. i did them it still didn't work, they game me more tips-make sure it the updated model, try changing this system, try using a different disc etc. i did all this and still it didnt work. over 5 times i tried varrious things. i asked for a refund as i was finding it to be a faulty priduct. they said they would help process one once they tried every solution. so we kept going. 10 emails passed, i asked again and again i was told i would get one after trying this other thing. everytime it was just one more thing, one more thing...i was trying to be very clear that i had done everything they asked, and after this FINAL attempt i would expect a refund. and they kept just saying we will help you with a refund once we tried every other option. I ask to speak with a supervisor, and they said they had already contacted one. but i was not given the info. in the end i just got so frustrated, i left it. which is exactly what they want, they keep the money and i just fade away. so THANK YOU so much for nothing. and i do not recommend them

Very powerful the product and the assistance

Very great support. Could reinstal product on my other computer. Tipard support send me new key code to activate the Tipard converter.

I need to convert a PDF file into an Excel spreadsheet using this software. Copying the data from a PDF file to an spreadsheet takes lots of time. But, the conversion process is fast and simple savings me lots of time. Since I do this everyday, it makes my work enjoyable rather than a task! I'm stuck with this software for life and is the reason for a lifetime license.

Tipard est une valeur sure. Le service après vente est réactif, courtois, toujours au top. Je recommande l'achat de leurs logiciels.
