Activate Screen capture…
I used to use the Screen capture program, which was simple. I used to occasionally record videos for friends, showing how to do things on a PC. I don't do business, so I used the promotion for a free license for a year. It was always easy to activate. This year I needed to record a video for a neighbor and I just came across a promotion - a 1-year license. So I downloaded the program, got a code and went to activate it. Such a complicated and incomprehensible activation, where you have the fields NAME, CODE and the SEND button. I was ignorant and entered the code from the email but it kept getting an error. Before they found out that I had tons of emails with a new code. Only after entering this code did I get further. The information in the program disappeared The program is not registered. So I thought great. I recorded about 1 hour of instructions for a neighbor and wanted to save the video. What did I see? Information that I had to pay - albeit with a 20% discount. So I lost the video. So I deleted the program. I contacted support saying that the activation was somehow wrong, so they sent me instructions, which I followed, but it said that the code had already been used. So I wrote to them to leave it, that I would buy another program,I was tired of it. It's a shame, the program was great, easy to use, but their activation was complicated (the installation help on the website is for the old version).
