Hi there, I recently sold to Brian’s Toys and had to use Tipalti to receive my payment via ACH. However, I strongly advise against using them. Firstly, I filled out all the necessary information on Wednesday. I wasn’t informed that they needed more information until the following Monday, so I provided it to them, but it took multiple emails. They informed me that I needed to change my information on the site. I honestly kept hitting “edit” and “submit,” but I didn’t make any changes. Finally, they said they had the correct information and told me they had processed the payment. I kept checking my bank, but nothing showed up. On Friday, they informed me that the payment had been sent to my bank. I thought it had been sent on Monday, so now it’s Friday, and the weekend. I’m not looking at getting my money until two weeks later because of the delay. I’ve used Tipalti before and had one issue, but now I’m having to wait two weeks for one I’m selling toys. Obviously, I need the money. This isn’t just something I do to make money; I’m doing this because I need money. I strongly recommend not dealing with Tipalti. You have the option to use PayPal or check, but a check can take a long time, so never again. I still haven’t received my payment by the way

Their last release note is from over a year ago - that tells you all you need to know about this "SaaS" company. The software technically works but it's extremely dated, and the service is horrible. I believe it literally hasn't been updated in over a year. The developer experience is poor. We frequently need to ask support for things that should be a button in the dashboard. Terrible support experience overall. Emails take days/weeks to get a response, if at all, with multiple follow ups. Once you are onboarded they do not care about your account. I would advise against this service and use Stripe instead.

BEWARE Tipalti is an extremely clunky bordering on useless platform that takes too long to "work" only for it to always tell you to contact support, but everytime you do they tell you to contact someone else. I never write reviews, specially negative ones, but this "platform" has pushed me over the edge for 3 weeks straight. Nothing works, everything takes too long, and you will always encounter at least 1 glitch in whatever process you're trying to accomplish. I'd advice you to look somewhere else if you can. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Charging 4$ for filling out a W-8-form to use their service. I was forced by my music distributor to set up an account with this company in order to receive my payouts. Was never interested in using them and I use much better and cheaper servies anyway.

STAY AWAY FROM TIPALTI! One star because I can't put zero star. The product is bad, the training is a joke, nothning works, their support team are useless clowns. Congrats to their sales team who make you believe you are getting something fantastic when it is just an expensive scam and a waste of time.

My company made us move to TIPALTI and it has been the worst experience ever, they charge on you 25 USD if your payment is rejected , even IF NO ONE TOLD YOU HOW TO USE THAT, ITS NOT EVEN ON TIPALTI THE REMINDER STATING THAT THEY WILL CHARGE ON YOU THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY. They just have wire transfer , local bank transfer and paypal, any of those will charge on you a big amount just because of transfering that money, no way that happens with deel that just charges you 5usd it doen't matter the amount of money you transfer. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TIPALTI, PLEASE DON'T USE THIS ONE IF YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO

We are talking about a few business days for a money transfer via PayPal???what world are we living in,I used Toloka for freelancing and my withdrawal is entering its second day without being processed,I wonder how long bank transfer would take them,on the receivers end,we hate Tipalti because it's very slow compared to other competitors.

For two years, I haven't been able to get a clear answer from them, and my problem remains unresolved. They handle Twitch payment processing and affiliate program approval. I sent them a full set of documents: lease agreement, passport, bank statements. Every time, they reply that I need to wait a bit longer, that they need time to verify the issue. For two years (since May 2024), they haven't been able to verify this or provide a clear answer. Terrible service, lazy support, I don't recommend anyone contact them.
