Dear Roni, Thank you for sharing this ❤️ We’re really glad everything has felt easy and straightforward overall ❤️❤️ For downloading, simply click the Download button on the portrait. If you’re on a phone, it might open in a new screen - simply press and hold the image, then select Save Image 😊 You can also click the Gift 🎁 icon to download an upscaled 1K or 4K version that’s ready for printing and framing ✨ Hope that helps - and if you run into any issues, we’re always happy to help 🙏 And if something is not clear - just drop us an email at [email protected] Emily @TinySnap

Dear Emily! This is such thoughtful and helpful feedback - thank you for taking the time to share it ❤️❤️❤️ We love that most of your results felt natural and true to your baby - that’s exactly what we aim for ✨❤️ We really appreciate you calling out the natural/traditional styles - those are designed to stay closest to real-life photography, so it’s great to hear they worked so well for you 😊❤️ For any results that feel a bit off, you can always report them in the app and we’ll refund the credits, so you can keep refining and trying different variations 🙏 Insights like yours genuinely help us improve - thank you again for sharing this ❤️❤️❤️ Emily @TinySnap

Dear Stephanie, Thank you for sharing - we really appreciate it ❤️❤️ You’re absolutely right to expect both likeness and that full photoshoot feel. When it works, it should feel like your daughter in a real set - not something hit or miss. The good news is - you can always report any portraits that don’t look like her, and we’ll refund the credits used for those within 24 hours, so you can keep trying without extra cost 🙏 To improve the results, using a clear, well-lit, front-facing photo makes a big difference, and choosing styles that stay closer to the original look can help with likeness too. We’re also continuously working on adding more variations and styles to better create that full photoshoot experience you’re looking for ✨ ❤️❤️ Emily @TinySnap
