Very Disappointing Experience – Misleading Information and No Support After Purchase
I purchased a crystal from Tiny Rituals, drawn in by their spiritual branding and claims of ethical sourcing. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. After receiving the item, I noticed conflicting and unclear information about the stone’s origin and properties. I reached out multiple times with respectful, reasonable questions seeking clarification—but never received a single reply. It became clear that once the sale was made, they had no intention of supporting or responding to customers. Even worse, when I tried to leave a review on their website, the feature was either broken or deliberately disabled. That alone raises major red flags about transparency and accountability. For a company that presents itself as conscious, spiritual, and high-vibe, this behavior felt dishonest and commercialized. I expected integrity and open communication—what I got was silence and a sense of being dismissed. I wouldn’t recommend this store to others based on my experience. There are many other sellers who offer beautiful, ethically sourced crystals and actually stand by their customers.
