Beautiful Carnelian bracelet. This one was ordered for my daughter. I loved it so much that I ordered another for myself!

I first ordered the bracelet bundle for my astrological sign. Though I didn’t tell anyone my daughter spotted it right off. So ordered her bundle and she is thrilled as well. Everything was packaged so beautifully that I really enjoyed treating myself, and others, to the beautiful set. I’ll be back! Thanks

My experience was great except I reached out for info on how to make my Tibetan twisted healing ring fit tighter, which I was told was possible, but no one has answered me.

I purchased five Tiny Rituals bracelets through Nordstrom, and unfortunately one of them broke about 9 months later. When I reached out to Nordstrom, I received zero customer service support, which was disappointing. However, I remembered Tiny Rituals directly because one of the bracelets had been part of a super cute sharing/tagging campaign they did (I can’t remember the campaign name, but it involved tagging a friend who tagged a friend, and so on). It was a really fun idea and helped spread the word about the brand. So I decided to contact Tiny Rituals customer service directly, and I’m SO glad I did. They were kind, responsive, and agreed the bracelet should have lasted longer than 9 months, and they sent me a replacement. I’m truly grateful, and I will definitely be ordering directly from Tiny Rituals from now on. (If I can figure out where to upload a picture here, I will! However, I'm not seeing any option to do so.) Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms reading this, and to the dads who are “moms” too. 💛

I ordered rainbow moonstones a set of three Rainbow moonstone hearts. When I got the product I realized it wasn't really a moonstone it did not have the luminescence affect in it and it looked like kiwi jasper. As a matter of fact paperwork that came with it said it was TV jasper! It had a card inside of the packaging so the packaging said moonstones rainbow moonstones but the card inside along with the three hearts, the card described kiwi Jasper and had the title of kiwi Jasper on it I contacted them and they said that it was moonstone in honestly they couldn't give me a reason why it a card saying keeping Jasper wasn't closed. What is Shady company and they're supposed to be giving you a good experience with their spiritual stones but they're giving you lies. Product quality is poor. Customer service is poor. They told me to return the stones and after I've read so many negative reviews about the return process that doesn't seem like that would be good for me either because I'll just get more frustrated.

I ordered a ring from tiny rituals and it said the package was delivered yesterday. I sent an email regarding the missing package and all they told me was it was delivered and to check with my neighbors. They won’t send another or issue a refund.

I have never done business with Tiny Rituals, however, I ordered a bracelet from them on 12/2/2025. On reviewing the receipt, the shipping address and the billing address did not match, but the current bank account was attached to the wrong address. I asked how they got the incorrect info. They will not respond in spite of multiple attempts by phone, chat and email.
