The Magic Castle is definitely tiny—and full of LOTS of tiny pieces and incredible little details! We were making great progress until we got to the light installation. Unfortunately, even though we tested everything carefully, the lights didn’t work and the circuit board became overheated. I sent a quick email to Tiny Craft and received an immediate response. They were incredibly helpful and, without hesitation, shipped us a replacement light. It was so refreshing to feel like I was communicating with an actual person who genuinely wanted to help rather than a chatbot! Thank you, Tiny Craft, for the prompt response and excellent customer service. We’re looking forward to getting our Magic Castle lit up and finished!

Built my first project f Tinycraft and it was a blast. Very clear visual instructions with die cut pieces that come off the board in tact. Very detailed and such a Zen experience to build. Looking forward to my Christmas project next.

I have done a few of these builds and Tinycraft's quality is far superior from the other 3 I've tried. I barely had to use any glue as the pieces click together securely. The glue provided is also of a high quality and easy to use with no mess. I've received my second order and will be building it this week when I'm on leave. So excited to get going. I'm so glad I found Tinycraft. Thanks for the wonderful products. There is also such a massive range to choose from, something for everyone.

The materials are high- quality and I enjoyed building the model kit and the lotus pavilion is the most detailed model kit i had ever assembled and I love it!

If you are a beginner, they have a perfect kit for you; if you are an experienced builder, they have a challenging one. Their products are original. Building is fun and relaxing. Every kit has detailed pieces, such as chopsticks for Japanese themes and little lanterns. They are also perfect for children and adults. Kits also indicate whether they are for beginners or experienced builders. The guidebook is colored, easy to follow, and clearly written. Plus, if you break or lose a piece, they replace it with no questions asked. Kits come with all the tools you need to build them. Enjoy!

Bought the Potion Workshop. Little time to arrive but well worth it. I thoroughly enjoyed putting it together, although some parts a little tricky as being small. Everything included in the pack and no damage. Would recommend this product😄
