I had an excellent experience with Ting and their support team, especially Zackary. Our Ting sensor detected a recurring electrical issue, and Zackary reached out after noticing a potential surge happening on consecutive days at roughly the same time. While on the phone, he patiently walked me through troubleshooting the problem. Together, we tracked it down to a faulty mobile phone charging block and/or charging cable that was causing the issue. I was genuinely impressed that Ting monitors for this type of electrical hazard and proactively contacts customers before it becomes something more serious. It's reassuring to know the system is looking out for potential fire risks that I never would have noticed on my own. Zackary was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me identify and resolve the problem. Thanks to Ting's technology and Zackary's excellent support, a potential fire hazard was eliminated quickly and easily. I highly recommend Ting for the peace of mind it provides and for the outstanding customer service behind it.

I received a notice that there was a potential hazard in my house. It actually surprised me as I had no idea that anything was happening. I called the number and was directed to a person who asked questions, had me send a photo of my electrical box, and eventually discovered that I had a light bulb in my garage arcing. I removed the light bulb and ordered another. Ting kept in contact with me in the days following to verify that there was no more arcing detected and even verified that a new bulb was installed before completing the resolution. I was blown away with the personal interaction and concern over multiple days. Ting was provided by my insurance company - so glad they have offered this.

I received a Ting sensor through my insurance provider, State Farm, and it recently proved to be a lifesaver. The Ting team contacted me after detecting a hazardous electrical issue at my residence. Everything in my home seemed to be functioning perfectly, so I was completely unaware of any danger. The team went above and beyond to help diagnose the issue. When the electrician arrived, they discovered loose ground and neutral wires in my main electrical panel that posed an immediate fire hazard. Ting even offered to cover the electrician's repair costs. I am incredibly grateful to the Ting team, their proactive service truly saved my home and protected my family.

Working with the Team from Ting was truly a great experience. We acquired Ting through State Farm Insurance after we were dropped by our previous provider after a small claim. The device and app were easy to install. Once installed, the peace of mind knowing that something was monitoring the houses electrical system, was just one more thing that we didn’t have to worry about. Then, one day while I was at work, I was notified by the Ting team that there was a potential problem and that the system had picked up arcing events. I worked with the Ting team over the next several days turning breakers off and turning them back on until we finally found the problem circuit! The Ting team was very knowledgeable and methodical about the process and was in constant contact throughout the whole process, which is comforting when going through something like this. Ting detected a hazard of which I was unaware and contacted me. Over the course of a week, with almost daily calls, Pierce patiently had me unplug and re-plug items while he stayed on the phone, until eventually he narrowed down the problem to a lamp - an easy fix, as I donated the lamp to my trashcan. I am very grateful to all of you!
