Still waiting for product more than one…
Still waiting for product more than one month later. Am inundated with stupid emails trying to sell me more products - up to 18 now!! Yet their customer service is so bad that they never manage to send any updates on my shipment. I chased a couple of times and all they send me is tracked information dated 6th May and its now the 28th. No apologies and no help. Even if I ever receive it (which seems doubtful) what if it actually works but you have to make the next order to allow for a more than one month service which just doesnt make sense when youre using a product. In the UK if things are sent from other countries nothing has ever taken this long to arrive. I would recommend you dont go near this company.
