The care in selecting the right unit, the diligence in communication, and the final product are outstanding -- truly a level of service that seems to be absent from most interactions since these toasters were new. Tim did a fantastic job at restoring my T-20B! Every nook and cranny has been cleaned and the toasting operation optimized, bringing this powerhouse of a toaster back to its fullest potential!

Tim reecently restored my family's Sunbeam T-20B. Throughout the process, he kept me informed about whrere he was at with the restoration. This is something I truly appreciated. What I appreciate even more is Tim's kindness, his professionalism, and the sheer love he puts into repairing these amazing machines. He has a gift not just for repairing them, but for letting you know that he values you as a customer and as a human being: I'd told Tim that this Sunbeam was my father's T20B and that he'd loved it. When Tim sent the toaster back to me, he printed a special note to honor my father on the side of the box. I have made a friend whose friendship I will always cherish.

Tim is a master of Sunbeam toaster repair, and is a fountain of knowledge about their operation and use. I was shocked at how my toaster looked pretty much brand new when it came back to me and it works great!

I can not add much, since everyone else has written great reviews on Tim's outstanding Sunbeam toaster skills. And I agree with them. Our toaster. Nicknamed Mr. T has a place of honor on our kitchen counter top, and is making prefect toast.

Tim's restoration of our Sunbeam toaster was fantastic! The toaster is gorgeous, safe, grounded, and works exactly as designed. Tim's communication was excellent, clear, timely, thorough, and kind. (Update to 27 Dec 2022 CP Review) It has been almost one year since purchasing my Sunbeam T-20 toaster and sending it off to Tim for restoration. The toaster continues to produce perfectly toasted bread and has become the centerpiece for breakfast. During this time, we moved into our newly constructed house and after setting up the kitchen, we plugged in the toaster, and as soon as I dropped a slice into the toaster the outlet GFI tripped. In fact, it would trip any of the kitchen GFI outlets I tried. Sent the toaster off to Tim and he spent a great deal of time disassembling the toaster for inspection and found nothing wrong. Upon return, I tried the toaster at my sisters house and her GFI outlets had no problem. At this point I suspected the new construction GFI outlets may be bad. So, I purchased a different brand of GFI outlet (Leviton) to replace the original outlets (Eaton) in the new house. Plugged the toaster in, dropped a slice of bread into the slot, and it works perfectly! As best we can tell, the Eaton GFI outlets don’t like the large current surge from these older toasters, as the heating elements draw several hundred watts more than modern toasters. Leviton, and possibly other manufacturers, apparently have a broader tolerance for this condition. In any case, the toaster is used for breakfast toast almost every morning and continues working great, no issues. Tim did yeoman’s work troubleshooting this issue and it was a joy to work with him on this issue. If my toaster ever needs service or repair, Tim is the only person I’ll allow to lay hands on my toaster! Thanks Tim!
