Tim's ToastersReviews of timstoasters.com

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tim to restore my beloved Sunbeam toaster, and I must say that he did an outstanding job! From start to finish, Tim was a true professional, taking great care to ensure that every detail was perfect. He was able to restore my toaster to its original beauty, and now it works better than ever before. Tim was also incredibly responsive throughout the process, answering all of my questions and keeping me updated every step of the way. Overall, I am extremely impressed with Tim's work and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of toaster restoration services. If you're looking for a true expert who will go above and beyond to deliver amazing results, Tim is the person for you. Five stars all around!

I recently had my late in-laws' T-20B restored by Tim and his team as a surprise for my husband. He was speechless when he opened the box and has completely enjoyed having this memory of his childhood in perfect working order again. From start to finish of the restoration process, Tim was communicative and professional. I have been recommending Tim's Toasters to my friends and co-workers over the last few weeks and will continue to do so. Thanks!!

OMW! "Oh my word," as Granny used to say. My new T-20-B Sunbeam toaster is a work of art (Deco) - American-Made artistry borne of a post-war industry that baked pride and longevity into their products. My new T-20-B Sunbeam toaster has become an instant heirloom, to be included in my Will. My new Sunbeam toaster arrived securely and carefully packaged befitting an heirloom. The instruction and note cards were much appreciated, as they prevented me from doing something stupid and perhaps unsafe in my haste for that first piece of golden brown toast. In fact, I liked the professional packaging and enclosed cards and poster so much, that I'm keeping the personalized retro Sunbeam box and the instructions/note cards, the poster (to be framed) AND the toaster. They all add up to an over-the-top personal touch from Tim's Toasters. Not only are Tim's Toasters First Class, but Tim was first rate in his communications with this potential and then satisfied customer. Tim made time to send photos of my toaster's restoration progress. The photos and now the toaster-in-hand are evident of Tim's dedicated craftsmanship and his attention to detail in rebirthing America's finest Mid-Century toaster. Thanks again, Tim. P.S. We'll be checking back in a couple decades to see if our Sunbeam needs a tuneup.

Ran across Tim’s website in Atomic Ranch magazine last year and called him to see if he could repair our toaster (was not a Sunbeam), he was very helpful but in the end the toaster was not repairable. So we went back to our modern day toaster and being unhappy with the way it toasted. My wife's birthday was fast approaching and I was late getting her a present..... So I thought of Tim's toasters and corresponded with Tim and lo and behold he had a powder coated T-20B and sent me pictures. He sent it 4 days before her birthday the toaster and it arrived just in time. It works perfectly and it looks stunning with our metallic grey appliances. Tim’s marvelous craftsmanship is a sight to behold, and the packaging in personalized reproduction boxing is a wonderful touch. Tim's excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and great communications are unsurpassed! Finally, we LOVE our perfect toast every morning!

Not only was I exposed to the wonders of these toasters by an 3rd party article written about Tim but after buying one on ebay and shipping it to him directly without seeing it I knew I was going to receive a gem back and I was not mistaken! I'm a product weirdo so expect me to keep talking about Tim and his toasters every chance I get.

As you read through Tim's endless list of 5 Star reviews you may begin to wonder if anyone can be worthy of such endless praise and in this curiosity you aren't alone. I wondered the same thing before doing business with Tim and I definitely went into it with reserved yet reasonably high expectations. That being said, Tim has met and exceeded my expectations every single step of the way. From communications via email, to follow through on promises made, he is the genuine article and a breath of fresh air in today's modern society. While I didn't have my T20-B restored by Tim, I first purchased one of his new reproduction cords which is beautiful and looks great on my toaster and later I helped get my father's T20 back in action by having Tim install one of his newly re-engineered bimetallic blades into my thermostat. If you're decently handy and don't mind spending the time, you can remove your thermostat, send it to Tim and he will fit a brand new bimetallic blade, test it for perfect operation and send it back to you good as new. I just received mine a few days ago and got it installed yesterday afternoon. My dad's toaster was back up and running and he'll be so glad to have it back. I simply can't say enough about how great it has been dealing with Tim and clearly my experience and opinion is widely shared. If you have a toaster that needs restoration or need any help with your old Sunbeam, do not hesitate to reach out and trust Tim. He will absolutely take wonderful care of you and you'll be so glad that you did!

I was so excited for my toaster I decided to pick it up in person! I met Tim and his whole team. To say it was a phenomenal experience is truly an understatement. True warmth and caring, coupled with the incredible attention to a detailed restoration, sets this life experience apart from any other. Of course I will think of my Grandparents every time I use my Sunbeam, but I also know they would be very, very pleased knowing it was Tim that made it possible. Send him your Sunbeam and rest easy. It will be lovingly cared for!

The best experience ever. I was gifted my toaster and was so keen on getting fixed. I was pointed towards Tim Toasters by word of mouth from the vintage loving community in DFW. WORTH EVERY PENNY for his craftsmanship, and his ethics are refreshing in this hussle of a world. I feel so grateful my toaster is in tip top shape, no longer a fire hazard, and is sparkling inside and out! WELL WORTH THE WAIT! Thank you TIM'S TOASTERS!
