I love Tim's Toasters. Great

I found Tim to be a polite, responsive, knowledgeable, and honest businessman. My model T-35-1 was expertly packaged, looks brand new, and works like a dream. These toasters weren't cheap when Sunbeam first started making them, and Tim's restored units aren't cheap today. However, I feel they're worth every penny and expect to get a lifetime of use out of mine.

Tim is not only an absolute wizard at restoring these toasters, but also one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I've ever dealt with. His attention to detail is incredible, and his finished product is absolutely worth every single penny. He even discovered that an older attempt to replace the power cord on my toaster was done incorrectly and was a potential fire hazard! So happy I sent it off to him. I can't recommend him and his services highly enough.

Our T-20-B toaster had been sitting in a paper shopping bag on the floor for years because it was too pretty to throw out but not functional. Luckily, a friend told my husband of Tim's restoration work and after a few emails back and forth we sent it off. Tim was upfront with pricing, responded in a timely manner to questions, provided an honest time line for repair, and sent pictures of progress. Also, he loves his toasters (:. It was a great experience.

Tim did a great job restoring our Sunbeam T20-B toaster! It looks and works great. He was a pleasure to communicate with by email. He takes pride in his work and does a great job. We also enjoyed the several historical items he sent back with our toaster. I highly recommend his restoration service.

About 20 years ago, I was in a junk shop and found an old toaster that looked pretty bad. I bought it, thinking that I might take it apart and see how nice I could make it. I got it home and cleaned it up and found that it had looked bad only because there had been a thick layer of grease on it, and beneath that was a vintage gem of kitchen equipment. But it needed work. Armed with a screwdriver, I began, but soon found it more complicated than I wanted to try, given that it was electric. I put it back in a carefully packed box, where it languished through a few moves, until I learned about Tim's work. I sent it to him and he did a great job! I was very pleased to get back a lovely, extremely clean, smoothly functional toaster that was what I had long been hoping for. Great work - highly recommended.

WOW! That is the best way to describe our restored Sunbeam T-20-A toaster that Tim lovingly restored for us. The entire experience from start to finish was a pleasure. Tim is very detailed and we knew exactly what to expect with our restoration. It was very cool to follow along as Tim sent progress updates / pictures of our toaster as it was being restored. The toaster arrived perfectly packed and looked like it came right from the factory. You can tell the toaster was restored with love and care. I cannot recommend Tim's work enough. This has been our first restoration experience, and Tim made it an absolute joy. If you have any Sunbeam radiant control toaster, Tim is your restoration guy of choice!

I reached out about purchasing a replacement power cord for my toaster. Tim responded the next business day, and I had a replacement cord by the end of the week. The braided cord was top quality, and Tim took the time to properly install the plug and crimp connectors so all I had to do (in theory, because my toaster was in pieces from being cleaned) was take off the bottom of the toaster and tighten a few washers. I'm really happy with the purchase.
