Timothy Matthew is an Italian-inspired sunglasses brand built around Italian design. Our frames draw from the proportions and refinement of the Mediterranean coast, made for slow afternoons, long drives, and the days worth slowing down. Every pair includes UV400 protection, a hard case, and a microfiber cloth. We ship across the United States with a flat-rate fee, offer 60-day returns, and respond to every message personally within one business day. Frames, worth the look.

I ordered size 10 rain boots and when they finally came after 3 weeks they were size 7 and very cheaply made. I emailed to return them and my choices are a 15% refund, a replacement (I don’t want them they are cheap) or ship them back to China at my expense. This was their mistake why do I need to pay shipping?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHINA COMPANY. Everything is GARBAGE. The pictures may look nice. But when you get the item, it is complete GARBAGE!
Do you notice, in June 2026, there’s about 5, 5-star ratings… and they are all fake. They are all about some sunglasses.
I stupidly did not check on here before I Financed a Puffer Jacket. It is So thin, and just garbage. I went to unzip the zipper and it broke off. 2 seconds after opening my package.
Yes they gave me their SCAM Return Options. Even though, on their website, it says “if it arrived damaged, you won’t be stuck with the Cost.” Well now I believe I will be and I’m not freaking sending this garbage to China. SCAMMED OUT OF OVER $100!
The MOST ridiculous thing is that They are just LIARS about Everything. The Website does not say where they are from. But they do say “our US Warehouse”. Totally Wrong. They have ZERO US presence.
And will give me the same scam “advice” as everyone else.
DO NOT SUPPORT THE SCAMMERS!!
And How is Trust Pilot’s Ai misrepresenting all these Bad Reviews. What’s going on with Trust Pilot?!

Scam website stay away
Scam website stay away. False advertising & a front for China drop shipment. Return costs as much as products themselves plus AI agent difficult to work with in resolving claim. Avoid at all costs Timothy Matthew. Thank you

Total garbage
Total garbage. The dress is made of cheap polyester and the "intricate embroidery" is just stamped on to the cheap horrible fabric. I paid $102 for a total piece of junk and they want you to pay shipping to send it back to China. Total scam, do not buy from these people unless you are looking for an overpriced dress that feels more like a cheap costume.

Beware the return policy
Beware the return policy. Be prepared to just be okay with whatever you buy because in order to return anything you have to pay for shipping back to China. Not worth the risk. Definitely going to stear clear of this company in the future.

Don’t order from this site!
Don’t order from this site!! The shoes sent were nothing like the pictures or description on website. When I emailed to return the shoes they advised it would be $40 to $50 USD to return when they initially posed as an Australian website. The return address is apparently a well known scam address used by many of these sites.

Very disappointing product and customer…
Very disappointing product and customer service. I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Timothy Matthew.
The shirt I ordered did not appear to be the same quality or appearance as the photo on the website. In person, it looked and felt like a cheap replica, with very poor quality for the price. I had purchased it as a gift and was actually embarrassed to present it. Unfortunately, the recipient confirmed that they didn’t want it.
Trying to obtain a refund as an Australian customer was equally disappointing. Although the company is based in the US and the products are made in China. I was expecting to return the item internationally at my own expense, which I already know from their website. But the package arrived with labels like it was mailed from Sydney Australia which made me think there was a local option.
When I requested to return the item, I was asked to provide a photo of the shirt on or against a body as part of the return process, which I found unusual. I have never been asked to do that before. So odd. Then I had difficulty submitting the requested images because their system would not accept the attached image files.
I was subsequently offered only a 15% refund, or the option of returning the shirt at my own expense. I was quoted approximately US$40–50 for return postage, which is a substantial portion of the cost of the shirt. Alternatively, I could receive a replacement of equal or lesser value — but given the poor quality of the original product, why would I want another one? The recipient of the present didn’t want it either. They’d prefer to have no gift.
Even after I said I would accept the 15% refund, I was asked to confirm again whether I really wanted the refund. It made me wonder if this website was a scam. I’ve never experienced this in a refund request process before. Terrible. I will never shop with them before and don’t think you should either.
The entire experience, from the quality of the product to the return process and customer service, was incredibly frustrating.
I would not recommend Timothy Matthew to Australian consumers. Be very cautious before ordering, particularly if you are expecting the product to look and feel like the images advertised online. The products are not inexpensive, but in my experience the quality was extremely disappointing. Honestly, I believe I would have received a better product from Temu for considerably less money.
If you’re in Australia, I would think twice before risking the cost and hassle of an international return. You can get much better quality for the same price at Myer, David Jones, Rodd & Gunn, etc.
