STAY AWAY !!! ZERO stars. This company makes it impossible to realize a cost-free, or minimal fee return. No return labels issued. If a customer is unhappy with the product, or does not fit as expected, they are essentially stuck with it. The fact that items need to be returned to China is a disgraceful business model, and it’s bad enough that they don’t support US manufacturing. They represent that the estimated shipping cost to China at $40-50. The cheapest UPS cost that I obtained was $307. Further, 15% partial refund option is equally insulting but it is the only option you can expect. And, the quality of the jacket was poor. There were threads that needed to be cut of in several places, what should have been a leather trim, was vinyl.

Scam. Shoes are plastic. Horrible smell and not true to size and they will not return my email for a refund. SCAM

This company deserves less than one star for their deceptive and completely AI facade. I expected to receive a quality product but received a shirt that may as well have been sewn from a garbage bag. All of the tags were cut off and nowhere was there any brand labeling, including a size. Very disappointing and will never recommend this store. Their return policy is foolish, as the best option is to receive a 15% refund. A pure sham.

Product received looks like a very cheap version of photos displayed on the website. Top stitching not the same. Sole and heel not the same. Poor quality materials. Frustrating returns procedure. Would definitely not recommend!

It's a scam. The items are not as described or pictured. The only way to get a full refund is to send it back to China at YOUR cost. Otherwise you can only get 15% back. Unless you like not getting what you order and/or not getting your money back, do not buy from this company

I took a chance on this company and ordered a blouse. It took many weeks to receive it because it came from China. The fabric was cheap and it looked nothing like the photo. When I contacted customer service about returning, the best option was to keep the blouse and receive a 15% refund. So, they’re going to receive a profit no matter what. Will report to the FTC. Lesson learned. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SO-CALLED BUSINESS. It’s a very clever scam.

I ordered a "Premium cotton blend" Knit blazer for $70. What I got was shirt made from a see through polyester fabric that is stitched to look like a blazer but more like a Halloween Costume. When contacted Customer service they refused to acknowledge the defect and gave the following options: 1 - 15% refund and no return required. 2 - full refund but I have to pay the shipping cost $40-$50 3 - One time free replacement. This is seller is operating from China and is a scammer that is circumventing the system and is abusing the trade guide lines by first not delivering a product that was promised and then using bulling them into conceding into surrendering their payment. I have reported them to FTC.

I wish I had read the independent reviews before ordering from Timothy Matthew. The suit I received was extremely disappointing. The material feels cheap, the construction and finish are poor, and the overall appearance is nowhere near the standard I expected from the product photos and description. In my opinion, the listing presents the product in a way that is far more flattering than what actually arrived. I contacted customer service because I wanted to return it for a full refund. Instead of simply arranging the return, I was first offered a 15% partial refund to keep the item. After I clearly said no and repeated that I wanted a full refund, I was then offered 25% to keep it. I have now had to state multiple times that I do not want a partial refund. To make things worse, I was told that if I want a full refund, I need to return the item to China at my own expense, with return postage estimated at USD $40–$50. So apparently the customer is expected to spend a significant amount of money returning an item they are unhappy with because of its poor quality. After looking into the company further, I have also found numerous other reviews describing very similar experiences with product quality, partial refund offers and expensive international returns. At this point, the entire experience has left me seriously questioning the way these products are advertised and how customer complaints are handled. I am still pursuing my full refund.
