NCL passenger: Do NOT purchase Thermage skin tightening treatment while on board! Holy cow, here’s my story, don’t let this happen to you! We were onboard Norwegian Bliss July 25, 2026, Room 9918 Haven. While in the spa getting our hair done, an employee recommended “Thermage” treatment for my skin. Several spa employees promised me “immediate results” they promised that I’d be so happy and there was at least “35% difference seen in positive results right away.” Again, several employees promising me immediate results that would be very noticeable. I saw no results. I returned to the spa after the treatment and expressed my concern. The employee said “you need to wait to see results.” The information had changed from what they said and promised before the treatment. They lied to me to sell me an expensive treatment. I’ve waited. It’s been over two months and there are no visible changes seen by myself or anyone else. This is not ok to do, to lie to customers. I was charged $3,900 and this needs to be refunded. I’ve filed a complaint with NCL, BBB and rhe Attorney General. I do have Time To Spas’s employees statements of false promises on video that someone happened to capture, if ever needed. Time To Spa is a scam. Do not waste your time or money doing this while sailing on NCL.
