Booked my last holiday to Abu Dhabi 2022 with Romina! It’s was literally luxury all the way!! From the quick and easy booking process with her, sourcing my flights, hotel and adding all my extras, she tailored it perfectly for me! It was such a competitive price and no hidden costs! Im so happy I listened to her hotel recommendation, which was the Hilton, because it was all 5* luxury! Thank you Romina for making everything so easy for me! And definitely will be booking my next two holidays with her too!

Romina is extremely attentive, easy to talk to and has a wealth of knowledge about the industry. Thoroughly enjoyed our hassle free holiday and will be using Romina again in the near future.

Booked our trip through Romina, absolutely amazing experience. She was very helpful, went above and beyond and listened to each and every concern I had. After covid and the skyrocketing prices, she was very understanding and did not judge, she helped fit everything into the budget we had set and gave extra advice like the difference for an extra night, she definitely insured we got the most out of our holiday and gave us her full attention. I must've been a difficult customer with all the queries as we've never been anywhere but India and she was very patient. She answered every question without getting annoyed and even made herself available whilst she was on a family holday herself. Now that's dedication! She even helped us to arrange a hotel to airport transfer and called up the hotel for us to enquire about local prices. Romina not only helped with the bookings but was available whilst we were there to help with any additional queries. Thank you so much Romina, out trip to Morocco was definitely made memorable by you. My kids had the best time ever!! Even the husband finally got to relax a little. Appreciate everything and definitely booking through her again.

Booked a last minute trip with Romina who worked tirelessly to get me my perfect package. She even managed an upgrade at my hotel which made the whole experience fabulous. Will definitely call her again for my next getaway!

Dealt with Romina, good service, has a real depth of knowledge, made good recommendations, and gave good advice and tips.

We have used Romina many times and she never disappoints! Her recommendations are always perfect and nothing is too much trouble. Romina’s responses are quick and efficient. We would highly recommend and looking forward to booking our next holiday with her soon!

We have booked our holidays with Romina for a few years now. We are so happy with her advice, professionalism and most of all her prices. Whenever we have any queries she answers quickly. She’s even been on holiday herself and replied. We would recommend everyone to book through Times Travel but definitely ask for Romina.

We have booked three family holidays with Romina at times travel. We’ve had faultless service each time and we are so grateful for her wealth of advice on hotels and packages. She has delivered on price and quality and nothing seems too much trouble which is why we go back each time.
