I am a solo practice attorney and do my own billing. My previous billing program was complicated and error prone, so I was required to look for a professional billing system that was efficient, user friendly, and would offer timely support. TimeSolv meets each of those requirements and more. It offers everything I need, is easy to use, makes intuitive sense, and the finished product is clean and professional. I also truly appreciate the people at TimeSolve who offer constant support, are very responsive, and take the time to help me navigate any issues.

I've worked on Timesolv for just over a year and really enjoy working with it. The software itself is very intuitive and user-friendly, and the support staff is the best. Our Account Manager (Ron Reinart) is tremendously responsive. As a new user to Timesolv, I've spoken with one of their customer service reps (Gigi) many times and she is the best! She's extremely patient, able to provide answers in real time, and seems genuinely happy to help you. Finally, the pricing is very fair and they are willing to work with you to find the best economical solution to your needs - whether you want an annual contract or month-to-month service.

The TimeSolv team is extremely helpful, especially for those of us that are slightly less computer savvy - with no attitude. They will walk me through issues step by step so I can grasp everything and save having to make another call. After working with them for almost two years I can say it is like calling a friend to help you through a problem.

I’m fairly new to this application but am using it like I have used it for years. Easy, powerful and effective...and affordable. What more could you want?! I have enough things in my life that don’t do what they claim they will; thankfully this is NOT one of them. I am looking forward to using this for years to come!
