Out $100. Uncomfortable, unsatisfied, un-helpful.
Despite a very nice customer service rep, I am disappointed with the slippers and the service. I am a true 7.5, but my right foot falls off the back of this shoe, and with no support, it's very uncomfortable. The written literature says the leather will "break in" - but after wearing them a few times, I still found them uncomfortable, and when I inquired about options to return or replace, I was told only slippers in "brand-new, unworn" condition would be accepted. For $100 slippers, I much more! Caveat emptor!
