The heel of the shoe is flimsy and does not adhere to your foot, rather it slips on and off creating a flip-flop rather than a tennis shoe. Additionally, I return the slippers on December 26 and as of today’s date, January 23, I still have not received a refund. I reached out to customer service several times and each time they indicate to me it is “in process”. But here we are four weeks later and I have yet to see my credit card refunded.

They are the worst company. Bought slippers came wrong size no receipt in box or email from the purchase. Nobody replied to contact form in days on site. 18days later still no help. They replied 11 days after saying the order was on another email, then they disappeared. That's called resolving the issue, telling me they lost my order and didn't bother to find it. Dont buy this on instagram or anywhere on facebook. They are crap!

The best slippers. So comfortable and great as indoor sneakers. Just bought my 2nd pair, this one for my office...going to pull a Fred Rogers and change my shoes when i come and go.

Received my slippers yesterday! LOVE LOVE them! I am not usually a slipper person but when I saw these, had to have them. I wouldn't change a thing about the design or the look. As a bonus, the customer service is outstanding. I purchased before using the promo code for the discount, I emailed in the hopes of getting a credit. Had a response within 24hrs with a "glad to credit". And....a personal email at that.

"Hello, I love you." That's what my coworker just said to my feet. Sounds weird, but these shoes are that great. Aesthetics-wise, these shoes are killer. I've been looking for non-bulky black sneaks to wear with jeans and these are perfect. Not only that, my feet feel like they are living on a cloud. Company-wise, Time Slippers is incredible. You can tell that customer service is a top priority to them. Seriously love these. (Perfect holiday gift, too)
