I spoke to many people in companies that say they will sell your time share. Their cost was extremely high. and I would have to pay up front, before anything was sold. When I called Timeshare specialist they told me up front what it would cost and nothing was due or owed until the timeshare was sold. It took about 3 months until it was sold. I am now out of my timeshare. Thank you!!!!

We started the process to transfer our timeshare out of our names in early March 2017 and now at the end of May '17 everything is completed. We received a confirmation letter from our resort confirming that we no longer own the timeshare. We are thrilled, Although we enjoyed having the timeshare since 1994, we're at the point where we're not traveling as much and need to start saving for retirement. It was a painless process. They did exactly what they said they would and did it in the timeframe they said they would. And, they did it for much less than anyone else would.

Timeshare specialists were great as far as getting rid of the timeshare in my name I did not want and they were reasonably priced. But they did not know what to do about the timeshares that were not in my name, that were left to me by my father. They wanted me to go through a long and expensive process of putting the timeshares in my name which is not the protocol. My friend who is a lawyer saved me from a lot more expense. It would be more beneficial for this company to be a little better educated in this area so they can be of better service to the customer.

They handled the surrender of my timeshares for less than I was going to have to pay for my annual assessment. They did what they claimed to do, and met all my expectations.

This is the only sure way to get out of a timeshare contract! It does cost you money and you do loose the hundreds of thousands you paid for the timeshare but you get rid of the cancer called "timeshare"
