Very easy to deal with. Prompt and clear responses via e-mail. Absolutely no hassle for me. Process did not take very long, kept me informed long the way. I would give Timeshare Specialists a 5 except for their fee. To me, that's a lot of money to dump a timeshare. Having said that, I'm sure their fees are no worse than any other company. Overall, very pleased with their service.

After being scammed by another company, we reluctantly chose Timeshare Specialist to handle the sale of our timeshare. The one thing we liked was you didn't have to pay upfront like every other company. They were professional, timely and followed through on everything they said they would. They have a website that you can keep track of the progress and the transaction was completed within 3 months. We have one more timeshare to sell but they were honest that they could not take on this particular timeshare. We highly recommend Timeshare Specialists and would use them again.

Thank you Timeshare Specialists!! In this day and age filled with scams and where the personal handshakes are gone, you must find confidence and trust with the company . After the positive sale of my timeshare I had to reach out to them one more time regarding points my resort prematurely took from me.
