I had owned The Summit at Massanutten since 1995, and my family and I had really enjoyed it. But yearly the maintenance fees had continued to go up, and in recent years the property upkeep had really declined. I knew it was time for me to get out of my timeshare, and a dear friend referred me to Timeshare Specialists. They were Amazing! She was great, so knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had throughout the process. She did all the excellent work, and took me step-by-step through all the paperwork and closing process, to successfully transfer my timeshare to a new owner.
