We originally signed with timeshare compliance and paid their requested retainer in July, 2016. We were told that our case would be resolved by the end of that year. After 2 1/2 years we have been through 3 different contact people and at least 3 attorneys and still do not have our contracts with the timeshare company cancelled. Our last communication, in July, 2018, was to be informed that our most recent contact was leaving and we would be notified of her replacement. As of now, Dec, 2018, we have had no contact and no satisfaction. Whenever we did call or e-mail with a question it took weeks to get a response. We asked our contact in one of our last communications if we should get our money back and were told that the situation would be taken care of quickly. NO RESULTS YET!!! Update...It is now Jan.12,2019, and Scott who wrote a response from Timeshare Compliance on Dec.11,2018, said he would review our file and call us that week, still has not called!! Come on Scott, call.

It has been three months and nothing…
It has been three months and nothing has happen. Then you want me to not pay my quarter month payment, which will hurt my credit rating. I did not pay you for this. I payed you to to stop my time share, not to hurt my credit rating.

Thank you for your reply. It is not the policy or procedure of Timeshare Compliance to recommend nor advise our clients to stop making payments. We understand that this will cause an immediate effect on their credit history. Many clients decided to do that own their own or to cease auto payments. We also never present the process as a quick 30, 60, 90-day cancellation. We have attorneys who work to get the best results for our clients. Some results are fast and others are not. Realistic service and time representations are the cornerstones of our company. We do offer services to assist with credit impact, but again we never recommend stopping payments. I have requested that your representative reach out to you in order to answer any questions. We have also contacted your counsel to do the same.

Timeshare compliance is a shyster company that convinces people like us to send them money and then delivers nothing that was promised. We sent $4,247 18 months ago and received only empty promises. It’s people like them who drag down our society into the gutter of deceit.

Thank you for your survey reply. Getting out of the timeshare contract is not always a joyful experience. There are certain steps that are taken once signing on with TSC, but that doesn't mean the developers are respectful to the process. They lied and deceived us. DON'T deal with any company that say they can help you get out of your time share contract. It cost us over $6,000.00
for nothing. They're polite and sounded very concerned for our situation
