Seems to have taken much longer then I…
Seems to have taken much longer then I would have ever imagined. I'm not sure but is a timeshare contract and legal process that complex? The work was excellent and I did get out of the timeshare but it took almost 2 years.

Timeshare Compliance Review
I give Timeshare Compliance high marks for keeping me and my wife up to date. My chief concern (which TC probably has little control over) is the time it takes to get our case litigated and settled satisfactorily.

They were very understanding of our situation. Listen to what I was saying.They started collecting information immediately and started the process right away. Understood what I was saying about the time shares. I did not feel like I was a failure for being involve in a timeshare.

Quick Initial Response!
Quick Initial Response! We were quickly on our way to getting out from under our Timeshare and all of the paperwork and retainer was completed in record time. It's been an exciting 18 months so far and we're looking forward to settlement soon next year!

Great communication
Great communication and response time to questions. Still working through my extrication process so not sure of outcome, but they seem confident and that reduces my stress and worry. Would recommend TSC to anyone looking to extricate themselves from a timeshare.

so far to this date everything is going…
so far to this date everything is going as planned, once this process is complete and I no longer have the time share,that has been a total burden to myself and my family, timeshare compliance will receive 20 stars.

Very response of my concerns but .....
Very response of my concerns but it’s frustrating to not have it completed after over two years since I paid their fee We’re being contacted by the timeshare saying that Timeshare Compliance is ineffective and they continue to bill us !for the unit! My spouse is extremely annoyed also

However, I did review your account and I see that you recently spoke with your case representative, informing her that your credit has not been affected, and you are not being harassed by the developer.
