My experience has been disappointing to say the least. The promises that was made to us was not true or followed through with. My credit has taken a hit as their advise was to stop paying on the timeshare and the credit repair company they referred you to would ensure noting would go onto your credit report and the timeshare company would close out my account. Not true at all, and now I can’t reach them, the credit repair company, and the attorney they turn you on to does absolutely nothing for 90 days and the generic letter they supposedly send says nothing. All of the three requires up front payments and for doing what. This is the closest thing to a scam that I have ever experienced.

Don't expect any communication from them! It's like pulling teeth. They provide you with a payment plan to resolve your challenges, but they are the worst... I've yet to receive a statement, and when I dared at request one, I was told that although they appreciate my on time payments, the completion of this process by the attorney has nothing to do with our payment arrangements with TC... I said... I didn't ask you when it would be over, I asked for a breakdown of what we have paid to date and what our balance it... I'm ready to send them to the BBB for poor financially responsible practices... Save yourself the $16,000 and just risk it. They've done ZERO for us in almost two years... our credit wasn't destroyed contrary to what they stated... Just a big dark hole and they're collecting on the back end. SCAM!

LACK OF COMMUNICATION I am very disappointed and wonder if l was duped by Jennifer Hudson from Compliance Timeshare Reclaim who promised to get me out of timeshare. She communicated with me very well when l was completing the forms and paying legal fees. From August 2022 l have received no communication or update of my application

I have 3 years that I made a contract with this company, and they have not solved anything, they never give me information, I feel cheated.

I was skeptical of using any company to get out of my timeshare. i read lots of reviews and chose Timeshare Compliance. My biggest concern was my credit as i need to help my children with college and loans and could not afford to lose my credit score. I was. assured that if I pay this additional money and use their credit company i would be ok. Well it’s been a year - i show a deed in lieu of foreclosure and have taken a huge credit hit. I complained and was told they would reimburse me for the money i spent and they would take care of the credit. I was told there was a check in the mail. It has now been over a month since a check was mailed ? - no check — I am promised they would fix my credit with a new company - they would call me - nope nothing. !!!! i call almost every day and speak to a Gabby - she tells me she understands and will call me right back !!!! She has NEVER called me back. I feel just as scammed as the timeshare itself. Don’t use this company!!! I will be providing social media reviews and contacting a lawyer !!!! 12/12/2022- I did receive a phone call today from Rachel. She has promised to take care of this for my husband and I and make it right. I will continue to update.

I reached out to get some information about Timeshare exiting. The initial person who I answered questions with named Kendall was great and professional. I then spoke with a manager named Larry who was also professional and advised me of my next steps. I scheduled a Zoom call and the day of the call a person named Taylor called and said his Zoom was not working and asked if we could re-schedule. I advised that I was on a tight schedule and I allotted 1 hr for the call. He then asked if he could call back in 20 minutes and I said okay. I work from home and received a call from my client so when Taylor finally called back, he asked if I saw his missed call 10 minutes ago and now his time will be cut short. How rude of him. As he was complaining, I asked now that we are on the call can we move forward with the information. He was speaking to me about how we were being financially raped and how much we would be paying over 10 years. As I had him on speaker, he stopped talking to me and started referring to my partner to answer a question and dismissing me all together. I lost my appetite to do anything with this company and if this is how they train people to bully you into making a decision to work with them, then I didn't need to get involved anyway.

My experience with this company has not been good . Lack of communication once they got my $3500 . Still waiting for a resolution since 2018 . Very unhappy 😡

I remember our initial call with Timeshare Compliance, the gentleman had us look at reviews of the company. I went directly to the "1 Star" reviews and he said, "of course you would", then began to explain these were "difficult" cases and assured us ours was not. It has now been almost 3 years and there has been no resolution to our case. We were told it would take "about a year" to complete. My husbands credit is trashed. Wyndham is still sending delinquent statements. We were told they would protect our credit. Come to find out - thats an additional cost! We get canned (auto) responses from the legal team every 3 months or so saying they are still working on our case and it takes time. They use the Covid card as an excuse for delay, however we started this in June 2019 (pre-covid). We are at a loss. We need resolutions, not excuses.
