They resolved my timshare problem totally with zero effect on my bank or credit scores and zero problems with nasty letters or calls from the timeshare company or its collection people. The process took time and required patience, but this company regularly kept me up to date with progress reports, and always were just a phone call away when I had a question. I anticipated a much more painful process, but it really was very smooth and virtually effortless.
