Experience has not been acceptable
I don’t like I can’t get copies of emails, filing from attorneys or , dispute letter sent to credit bureaus /updates on credit reports or confirmation of receiving documentation or how that said documentation is relevant . I can’t get a copy the cease-and-desist letters . The telephone calls keep coming. The answer of resolution don’t answer or block the calls. The cease and desist letter is it not worth the piece of paper it’s written on? No correspondence from the lawyer except showing the retainer had been received in there offiice. I need to be informed of an action taken on my cases especially since money has been exchanged for services. There are two positives about your organization Lauren Jones and Bill Carroll is keeping me informed of what information they have available to them. I have done the required constraints of my contact. Bu have you as a professional company?

Cynthia, thank you for leaving a review and bringing this to our attention. We would like to address a few of your concerns to put your mind at ease. Regarding the attorney's letters and other proprietary documentation, we are not legally allowed to share them with you. The reason being, unfortunately, we have had instances in the past where a client shared this sensitive information with a developer and the attorney had to create a completely new strategy. This delayed progress by 6 months. We know you would not do something like that, but to protect this from reoccurring we have to take extra precautions. We are happy to hear you have enjoyed working with Bill and Lauren, they are great :) Thank you, Rachel
