Timeshare ComplianceReviews of timesharecompliance.com

When we realized what a complex and costly timeshare we had signed up for we turned to Timeshare Compliance and immediately stopped receiving notices from the timeshare and went through a lengthy process that never wavered in its forward movement. We trusted them completely. If we reached out to them for any reason they always responded promptly. We are now totally free from the timeshare. We would recommend them very highly.

Yes, this company is a bit pricey, BUT WORTH EVERY PENNY. One must pay the right price for quality and TIMESHARE COMPLIANCE IS IT. I started my process with them right before Covid and even during a pandemic, I received emails from their staff and check ins. They always respond to emails and answered questions in a timely manner! With the crazy world we live in now they were still able to end my timeshare with timeliness. I had hired a previous company and their is no comparison Timeshare Compliance is worth it!

They’re team was amazing! They were prompt with returning phone calls and checked in with us during the process. In less than a year we were free of our obligation to our timeshare!

I couldn’t be happier with the performance of Time Share Compliance. During the entire process monthly updates we’re given and I was asked if I had any concerns. The staff was always polite and helpful when I called about correspondence from the Time Share Company. I am so glad and thankful that Time Share Compliance and their team got me out. It took time but it was well worth it. Ed B. Tucson, Az

Timeshare Compliance was extremely helpful to us, as they were able to help us get out of our timeshare. From the day we first contacted them, we felt we were in good hands as they took the time to listen to our concerns. They were very efficient when it came to updating us on any progress being made. We fully expected this process to take awhile but with the help of Timeshare Compliance and the lawyers the entire process from first contact to hearing that we were out of our timeshare took just under a year. Overall we could not be happier with the services they provided and all of their support along the way.

I got really lucky when Justin Haney decided to help me get out of my “contact”. I rescinded my contact within 2 days with Sunset/Pelicanos Plaza in puerto Vallarta but they would not accept and told me I was bound by the contract. I quickly contacted my credit card company to reverse the charges. After 3 months Sunset/Pelicanos didn’t even know that I had stopped payment and started hounding me to pay their annual fee and monthly payments. Justin told me what to say, namely, to focus on that since there was no money exchange; there was no contract...Finally I spoke to someone in authority; who agreed and sent me the cancellation agreement. Justin also advised me to make sure I send the cancellation to the third party to stop the calls; bills and emails to protect my credit. Many thanks to Justin for caring for a 68 year old widow.

My husband James and I were very pleased with the services offered by Timeshare Compliance. They responded to us quickly, gave us thorough information and showed us the simplest way to get out of our timeshare! Luke King was very patient with us and Sebastian Ecker gave exceptional customer service! We feel such a sigh of relief after doing business with them.

This company helped me and my husband out of our timeshare a couple years ago. They were quick, charged us about the same as other companies we looked at. We liked our experience with Timeshare Compliance. Thank you.
