Jennifer Ralston was awesome. She helped facilitate the buying of our new timeshare in Aruba and made the whole process comfortable and kept us up to date with the whole process between us and the seller. Thanks again, Jennifer!

I requested information from Vernell Lewis on how the timeshare worked. All I got was buy buy buy now now now. I asked for my details to be removed from the database. I got another email saying buy buy buy now now now and asked again for my details to be removed from the contact list and database per privacy laws. I was told 'wrong department' call this number. I'm not calling an overseas number to ask for something to be done which should be done at the first request. Dodgy company and rude agents.

I tried to do business with several companies before Timeshare broker services and it was total failure. Timeshare broker was straight with and honest with me. Good company to do business with.

I worked with my agent Bunny to locate and find the owners of a specific week we wanted to purchase at Diamondhead in Ft. Myers Beach. She had wonderful communication the whole way while she contacted the sellers and helped facilitate the deal for us to purchase. Very smooth process!
